Dancing on the Edge of the Volcano

 The AH Moment
Back to Full Blog

I spread my arms and fall back
Revelling in the freedom
Not noticing the things I lack
Not wanting of a kingdom

This is my life and my day
Living it with relish
Living it in my own way
Nothing to embellish

I smile and laugh with pleasure
I cry if sadness dictates
I do not use others for measure
Life never hesitates

With a joyful unleashing of me
I will walk down the road
Expecting only the best, feeling free
No longer under that heavy load

You punched my blog? Are you in a habit of punching blogs? Perhaps this is something we should discuss...

I am getting the feeling that I'm not slapping but stepping on toes or just totally misunderstanding...and perhaps I will just set the squirrel down and back away slowly...

I am glad you like the poem, Colo. I started out the week feeling defeated but managed to turn it around and find the silver lining...it is all a matter of turning the corner and letting go.

Thank you Daisy! I am not really sure how it came out...I just started writing and this is what I got...it all comes from somewhere in there...whatever mood takes me!

But my squirrel likes to run the wires overhead and peek over the porch at me and share her nut breakfast with me! She gets a little ruffled if I keep putting her in the basket! and you think I'M the silly one.

Good News!

We have so many wonderful blogs and bloggers. I thought it would be fun to list the BEST of the BEST, and provide links for other bloggers to find them too.

I listed several bloggers in the WRITING category and one of them is YOU!

Hugggggggggggggggggz,
Taylor
